We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join a fast-paced team in Midtown Manhattan, focused on ensuring timely invoicing and client payment collections. In this position, you will review contracts and reports to ensure accurate data entry, investigate held payments, and coordinate the submission of missing records with internal teams. You will be responsible for month-end close tasks for accounts receivable, ensuring revenue is booked according to policy, and managing monthly billing adjustments to resolve discrepancies.
