About the Role
The Xtreme Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to support and oversee the daily operations of our accounts payable function. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor payments while maintaining strong internal controls.
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, strengthening vendor relationships, and improving operational efficiency within the finance department. You will work closely with the Staff Accountant and finance leadership to review invoices, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close activities. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying process improvements and managing outstanding liabilities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a fully onsite position located in Miami, FL, requiring in-house collaboration with the accounting team and other departments to ensure smooth financial processes and compliance.

- check_circleMonitor AP aging reports and manage outstanding liabilities
- check_circleIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verified3–5 years of accounts payable experience
- verifiedStrong understanding of GAAP
- verifiedProficiency in accounting software
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Nice to Have
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Prior supervisory or lead experience. Experience supervising an AP team. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills. Process improvement and workflow optimization experience.
