Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProcess a high volume of invoices and expense transactions including voucher creation
- check_circleEnter financial data accurately into the accounting system
- check_circleMonitor and manage the Accounts Payable inbox for timely review and routing
- check_circleReview submissions for completeness and required supporting documentation
- check_circlePerform corporate card reconciliations and enter related data into the system
- check_circleMaintain organized records and supporting documentation within the document management system
- check_circleFollow established procedures and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- verifiedPrior experience in accounts payable, accounting, or data entry preferred
- verifiedExperience with ERP platforms advantageous
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Nice to Have
Experience within a professional services or structured business environment. Exposure to financial or accounting systems, with experience with ERP platforms being advantageous.
