About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial health, manage budgets, analyze financial data, and guide strategic financial decisions. This is a remote position designed for a professional who can turn objectives into actionable results within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
In this role, you will support forecasting and budgeting processes, develop financial projections, and provide counsel on financial results and risks. You will lead financial analysis projects, manage operational productivity tracking, and prepare routine and ad-hoc reports. Success in this position requires the ability to analyze complex issues in a simple, logical manner and communicate recommendations effectively to senior management.

Compensation & Benefits
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, education, training, experience, and market value. Annual salary is just one component of the total compensation package, which may also include short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Other rewards include health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. Requirements
