About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely payment of the company's expenses and liabilities. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will work closely with the team to maintain the integrity of our financial operations. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
You will be the guardian of our purchasing and accounts payable master system, managing everything from vendor creation and maintenance to account reconciliation. Your day-to-day will involve implementing invoice retrieval systems, resolving billing exceptions, and maintaining complete electronic files of invoices and documents. You will also assist with month-end close processes, evaluate reports to verify discrepancies, and support tax and audit preparations. Success in this role means staying updated on company policies and demonstrating professional integrity in all financial transactions.

Requirements

- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
