We are seeking a highly motivated individual with Accounts Payable experience to join our accounting team for a 12-week contract. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support critical financial operations.
The position operates from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. While overtime is rare, flexibility is essential, and the successful candidate must be willing to stay late when necessary. You will be expected to manage your time effectively, think independently, and communicate clearly while adhering to strict accounting principles, financial record-keeping standards, and regulatory compliance.
A college degree in accounting is preferable. The role requires a deep commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. You should possess strong organizational skills with a focus on high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is required, along with the ability to handle heavy email volumes and quickly learn internal systems software. Bilingual capabilities are preferred but not required; fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory.
The salary for this position ranges from $23.00/hr to $24.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
