About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor - Accounting to join our Finance and Accounting leadership. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and Accounting, this role is pivotal in driving process improvements and enhancing overall team efficiencies. You will oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, revenue and expense accruals, and bank reconciliations.

In this position, you will ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes are executed timely and accurately to meet regulatory requirements. Your day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the recording of journal entries, maintaining financial records in compliance with established policies, and reviewing monthly financial statements and fluxes. You will serve as a key liaison to the Controller and executives, keeping them informed on relevant financial matters while supporting taxation provisions and Form 1099 filings. This role requires a detail-oriented team player who is comfortable digging into complex data and working independently to maintain the integrity of our financial databases.
