You will balance day-to-day accounting operations with broader strategic initiatives, including ERP migrations, consolidated group integration, and expansion into new markets. Operating within a shared services model, you will provide coordination across centralized accounting functions while maintaining a dotted-line leadership relationship with two London-based team members. The role demands a full-company perspective across corporate accounting and operational finance workflows, requiring you to remain hands-on with details when necessary while navigating ambiguity in a lean structure.
