About the Role
The Manager of Accounting and External Reporting serves as a strategic partner to regional business teams, driving technical accounting decisions and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting. This hybrid role is designed for a finance leader who thrives on accelerating their career by managing complex accounting topics, from equity and leases to joint ventures and restructuring programs.
You will be the bridge between accounting operations and business strategy, interpreting data to provide insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow. The position requires excellent communication skills to collaborate with external auditors (both US and international) and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues and manage system implementation projects. As a key member of the team, you will lead initiatives to improve closing efficiencies and oversee the implementation of new accounting guidance.

Requirements
