About the Role
Thomas Sign & Awning is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable professional to manage the entire accounts payable process. This role serves as the operational backbone for financial transactions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments and record-keeping.
In this position, you will handle the full lifecycle of incoming paperwork, from filing and processing to matching purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices. Your day-to-day involves verifying invoice accuracy, routing documents for managerial approval, selecting invoices for payment, and cutting checks. You will also post transactions to the general ledger and manage various clerical functions essential to the department's efficiency.
