About the Role

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our private equity team. The position is located in Lake Mary, Florida, with a 4-day in-office expectation.

In this role, you will make an impact by conducting accounting services for assigned clients and moderately complex funds, determining net asset values, and calculating fund performance. You will drive service improvement plans to target efficiencies and enhance processes while providing input into methodologies and reviewing the work of more junior team members. You will guide and review cash and asset reconciliations for complex accounts, resolve reconciliation issues for atypical transactions, and draft reports for clients regarding fund performance. Additionally, you will regularly interact with clients to answer questions and assist in evaluating GAAP and/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on BNY Mellon fund accounting practices.
