This position is designed to be the bridge between our financial products and our clients' needs. You will focus on collections, sales, and promoting our financial offerings by providing effective guidance and customer service. Your goal is to retain existing clients and acquire new ones, directly contributing to the achievement of sales and collection targets.
In this role, you will manage collections within your assigned territory by evaluating accounts, conducting field visits, and making manual or automated calls. You will identify the specific needs of clients or prospects to help them select the financial products that best fit their situation and repayment capacity. A key part of your day involves guiding clients nearing the end of their loan term to renew their loans through attractive offers, ensuring retention. You will also visit clients with accounts 30 days or more delinquent to bring them current through payment plans, restructuring, or other loss mitigation alternatives, all while adhering to applicable policies and legislation.
