As an Account Representative within the Patient Financial Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our patients and the organization. Based on-site in Glendale, Colorado, this position is dedicated to the accurate processing of accounts receivable, consistent follow-up on outstanding claims, and providing strong service to both patients and payors.
You will serve as a bridge between complex financial systems and the people they serve. Your day will involve verifying appropriate reimbursement for services rendered, utilizing persuasive collection techniques, and resolving eligibility or insurance claim obstacles. Whether addressing moderately complex account matters, processing appeals for insurance denials, or communicating with patients to resolve account issues, you will apply sound judgment and a deep knowledge of medical reimbursement policies. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our patient financial services while upholding our commitment to patient advocacy and exceptional customer service.
