About the Role

We are seeking an Account Receivable Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a contract-to-hire position designed for a professional located closer to Austin who can manage large, complex customer portfolios. You will be responsible for high-volume analytical collections activities, processing numerous accounts receivable and collections notes daily while balancing administrative tasks such as email communication and payment processing. The role requires navigating company and customer portals to update complex Excel reports and maintaining accurate data within multiple ERP systems.
