About the Role
This position is dedicated to owning client relationships and driving growth within a portfolio of 15+ managed services clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, ensuring clients remain satisfied while proactively identifying opportunities to expand their engagement into areas such as cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.
Your day-to-day involves running Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to stay ahead of evolving client needs, collaborating with internal delivery teams to guarantee strong service execution, and balancing the dual focus of client success with strategic account growth and retention.
