About the Role
As an Account Manager II, you will join a team of talented professionals who are curious, consultative, and motivated by meaningful impact. This role is designed for those who want to empower customers to anticipate challenges and thrive in a rapidly evolving world.
You will manage a portfolio of 100–200 mid and mass market accounts, ensuring positive customer experiences, sustained relationships, and revenue growth. Your day-to-day involves proactively consulting with customers to understand their requirements, providing renewal and growth quotes, and executing sales plans that leverage our solutions and services. You will conduct quarterly business reviews with the majority of your accounts and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Technical teams to build global market intelligence.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data intelligence and supply chain strategy, driving organizational alignment, efficiency, and optimization for our clients.
