The Cornerstone Hybrid Account Manager serves as the primary strategic partner for a dedicated book of Federal, Aerospace, and Defense clients. This role is unique in its blend of new business development and ongoing account management, designed to ensure clients derive maximum value from Cornerstone's technology. By leveraging a deep understanding of client business needs, you will drive adoption, ensure healthy usage levels, and identify growth opportunities that lead to renewals and long-term relationships.
In this position, you will act as the key business contact, fostering strong relationships both horizontally and vertically within client organizations. You will work closely with Sales leadership, Customer Excellence, Customer Engagement, and Support teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. Your day-to-day involves developing talent management strategies, leading discovery workshops, and presenting technical solutions that align with the customer's long-term success.
