About the Role
Smart Chemical Services is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in the Delaware Basin area. This position is designed for a professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering technical solutions that drive customer success.
As the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, you will partner closely with customers to understand their operational challenges and recommend value-added chemical treatment solutions. Your role is critical in ensuring consistent, high-quality service that supports safe and efficient operations. You will leverage your technical knowledge of chemical products and oil and gas well equipment to oversee day-to-day field operations, manage inventory, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
- verifiedAcceptable driving record with minimum 3 years driving history

Nice to Have
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in chemical treatment within the oil and gas industry. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in oil and gas operations or technical sales. Demonstrated success growing accounts, increasing revenue, or expanding service scope. Leadership experience and the ability to influence across teams. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
