About the Role
Kelly Services is partnering with Schneider to hire a Senior Customer Specialist in Green Bay, WI. This role plays a key part in supporting customer accounts by managing freight activity, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring service excellence through proactive monitoring and coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
In this position, you will track and oversee customer freight activity to identify potential service disruptions before they escalate. You will adjust plans based on changing freight volumes, leverage internal systems to evaluate trends, and partner with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely service execution. The role also involves participating in freight solicitation activities and negotiating rates aligned with current market conditions.
