About the Role

As an Account Executive I, you will serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for an assigned client portfolio, acting as the primary point of contact for our clients. Your mission is to deepen relationships by taking a consultative approach to client needs, ensuring Commercial Bankers are well-informed of client issues, requests, and opportunities for growth. You will liaise with other areas of the bank to resolve client issues, review daily account reports, and ensure flawless account transition services for new clients, including account opening and online banking training.

This role requires you to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will demonstrate superior product acumen and attention to detail while maintaining compliance with all bank policies and regulations. The position involves working remotely with the flexibility to be accessible nights and weekends for VIP client inquiries, ensuring timely responses to both internal and external stakeholders.

Work Model

Effective February 18, 2025, employees in office-based positions will work a Hybrid schedule consisting of three or more days on-site per week (Monday–Thursday), with Friday designated as a remote-working day. Specific days may vary by site or organization, and business-critical tasks may require additional on-site presence. This model does not apply to roles designated as "remote" or those requiring daily in-person attendance, such as contact center or branch service roles.
