The Account Service Advocate serves as a strategic partner for dealerships in the Western Massachusetts territory, focusing on the successful coordination and installation of Computer Vehicle Registration (CVR) products for both new and existing clients. This role is designed to bridge the gap between technical implementation and customer success.
In this position, you will drive CVR revenue by increasing transaction volume through exceptional customer process and product satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor, conveying the value of CVR to customer management and identifying untapped revenue potential within existing accounts. The role requires a blend of technical proficiency and salesmanship, as you will interface directly with State DMVs, conduct training sessions, and maintain frequent communication with Territory Managers to ensure all opportunities are seized.
Your work will be dynamic and travel-intensive, requiring approximately 75% travel within the central/western Massachusetts area. A typical day involves coordinating pre-install meetings, executing client installations, and providing on-going support to ensure complete client satisfaction. You will analyze client volume to present value propositions to key stakeholders, overcome objections, and foster relationships with General Managers, Dealer Principals, and other executives. Success in this role depends on your ability to maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and ethical attitude while managing your time efficiently across multiple client sites.
Candidates must reside in the central/western Massachusetts area to be considered for this position. The role involves significant travel, and candidates must be open to a 75% travel schedule within the territory.
