Broadwater County MSU Extension is seeking a dedicated 4-H Assistant to join our team in Townsend, MT. This permanent, full-time position serves as a vital link in supporting local youth development programs and community engagement. The role exists to foster positive experiences for youth and families throughout the county, ensuring that 4-H activities, educational programming, and volunteer coordination run smoothly.
As the 4-H Assistant, you will be the face of our youth programs, assisting with communications, enrollment, fair activities, and club support. Your day-to-day will involve a dynamic mix of administrative tasks and community interaction, requiring flexibility to attend occasional evenings and weekends. The role also offers the opportunity for overnight travel to support broader county initiatives.
