Constellation Schools are seeking a highly qualified 4-9th Grade Social Studies Teacher in Cleveland, Ohio, who are dedicated to providing a superior education for all students. This role exists to bring the curriculum to life for every student, fostering a positive classroom environment that prioritizes both academic growth and social-emotional development. As a teacher, you will be part of a growth-focused coaching environment characterized by frequent observations, debriefs, and action planning. Your day will involve differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, utilizing research-based best practices, and managing a dynamic classroom that reflects the diverse educational, cultural, and linguistic backgrounds of the student body. You will collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate regularly with families regarding their child's academic and social-emotional growth.
