About the Role

This role serves as a critical leader within our production operations, dedicated to supervising team members to safely manufacture fuel systems while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products. You will be responsible for managing shift operations, performing against Key Performance Indicators, and building teamwork and cohesion across all departments.

In this position, you will act as the lead for continuous improvement actions, ensuring they are developed, supported, and completed with the full engagement of your team members. You will enforce safety rules and regulations, collaborate with EHS Specialists, and ensure consistent compliance with company policies, quality systems (including IATF 16949, ISO-14000, and OHSAS18000), and customer requirements. Your day-to-day involves facilitating clear communication, addressing employee relations, and ensuring all team members possess the proper training certifications to maintain line efficiency and safety.
