CooperRiis is a voluntary residential mental health treatment facility located in Asheville, North Carolina. We operate as a therapeutic healing community that takes a holistic approach to care, focusing on the health and wellness of our residents. Our mission centers on respecting resident autonomy, building a supportive community, and utilizing a strength-based approach to manage mental health challenges. We are a smoke, drug, and alcohol-free facility and do not work with detox situations.
The 3rd Shift Medical Admin is an integral part of our medical and integrative health teams. This role exists to support the nursing staff and ensure the safety and well-being of residents during overnight hours. You will administer medications, manage physical health concerns, and provide essential assistance within the nursing office. The position requires a blend of clinical support and administrative diligence, ensuring that the facility runs smoothly from 10:30 pm to 8 am, Monday through Thursday.
