About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Team Lead for the First Shift to join our Receiving Department at our Virginia warehouse. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining departmental efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the department manager and Senior Lead to organize and delegate responsibilities for line staff, ensuring that all work orders are completed with 100% accuracy. Your day will involve troubleshooting process issues, directing proper stacking, labeling, and inspection of orders, and providing training to both new hires and existing employees. You will serve as a key liaison between the team and management, fostering constructive working relationships and driving continuous improvement in our manufacturing and distribution processes.
