About the Role
We are seeking General Helpers and Machine Operators to join our liquid pouch production area. In this role, you will be the backbone of our packaging operations, working alongside a dedicated team to package everything from mustard to relish for thousands of consumers.
You will perform general production duties, including operating filling equipment, making minor adjustments, and ensuring accurate packaging components. The day-to-day involves monitoring machine scrap, cleaning and rinsing equipment during changeovers, and assisting with machine start-ups. Success in this position requires a safety and quality-oriented mindset, the ability to call out defects, and a willingness to contribute improvement suggestions. You will thrive in a team environment where adaptability and attention to detail are essential to maintaining our strict quality standards.
Hiring Process
Candidates must demonstrate a strong attendance record and the ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly. The selection process includes a passing interview score followed by a job skills assessment. Successful candidates will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards from day one.
