About the Role
As the 3PL Network Operations Manager, you will serve as the accountable owner for the end-to-end operational performance and process governance of our North America warehousing and distribution network. Your primary mission is to oversee all third-party logistics (3PL) providers, driving a strategic transition from a people-dependent model to a robust, process-driven operating model.
In this role, you will ensure the network delivers safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective services. You will standardize warehouse operating procedures, drive performance governance with 3PL partners, and lead capacity planning to support seasonal demand and operational growth. Reporting to the North America Logistics Director, you will partner closely with Plant Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Finance to optimize inventory accuracy, order execution quality, productivity, and working capital performance.

- check_circleDevelop and manage warehouse capacity plans covering space, labor, and seasonal demand

- check_circleDrive site-level performance governance using KPI frameworks, audits, and structured issue resolution

Requirements
