About the Role
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their dynamic team in Leeds, AL. As a vital member of the production department, you will support the manufacturing process by operating equipment safely and efficiently. This role is designed for individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
The position offers a consistent 4-day work schedule (Monday–Thursday) from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. Successful candidates will undergo on-the-job training on the 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and the manufacturing workflow.
