About the Opportunity

Join the Fusion Analysis and Development Effort (FADE) as a 24/7 User Support and System Specialist. In this role, your Military or Intelligence Community experience becomes mission-critical. We need your expertise to keep vital Intelligence Applications running smoothly around the clock, ensuring that our nation's safety is supported by reliable, high-performing systems.

About the Role

You will serve as the vital bridge between intelligence professionals and the technical teams that build their tools. Your day-to-day involves providing exceptional customer service to users who rely on these applications for critical operations. You will solve problems in real-time, diagnosing and resolving software issues before they impact mission success.

This position requires you to monitor and maintain multiple security domains and applications, including MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, Reports, Sheets, and Drive. You will apply your operational knowledge to help users maximize these powerful applications while communicating complex technical concepts clearly to intelligence professionals. Your contributions will not only keep current tools running but also provide valuable field expertise to enhance future software development.
