JT4 provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract (J-Tech II). As the prime contractor, we develop and maintain realistic integrated test and training environments, preparing the nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and air crews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
Our work spans a broad spectrum of analytical disciplines, including aeronautical engineering, computer science, digital signal processing, electrical engineering, RF (air and ground-based), statistical analysis, software, and telecommunications. We consider all science, technology, engineering, and mathematical (STEM) disciplines for employment opportunities.
We are seeking entry-level to senior-level analysts to join our team in diverse fields with significant opportunities for career advancement. Analysts will report on complex Electronic Warfare (EW), RF, and communication protocol test articles, providing comprehensive analysis on the operation, suitability, and sustainment of various Department of Defense weapons and systems.
The role varies from entry-level analytical problem-solving to leading teams in understanding and reporting complex technical solutions. You will interface between instrumentation engineers and test customers to ensure parametric data accurately reflects system configurations. Additionally, you will create and analyze pre-test predictions to design test events, develop ground or flight profiles, and define go/no-go criteria to meet complex test objectives.
Opportunities exist at all JT4 operating locations, including Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and California. Success in this role requires strong mathematical skills, logic, and the ability to rise and achieve successes in a dynamic technical environment.
This position is part of a federal government contract requiring U.S. citizenship. Applicants must be eligible for a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance and possess a valid state-issued driver's license. The inability to obtain and maintain required clearances or licenses may affect employment eligibility.
Interested candidates should apply through the official JT4 career portal. Please note that specific requirements vary by analyst level (I through VI), ranging from technical training and associate degrees to advanced master's degrees and extensive experience.
JT4 is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives in our mission to support national defense. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree focusing on STEM, with former military or government experience and open-air RF or closed-loop protocol testing experience being highly desired.
All employees are expected to read, understand, and implement general and specific operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements. The work environment is typical of an office setting, though routine travel to remote company work locations may be required.
