Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and implement data science and generative AI models to deliver real-world business impact
- check_circleCollaborate with product managers, business leaders, and engineers to create data-driven solutions
- check_circleManage end-to-end data science and AI/ML projects from conceptualization to operational rollout
- check_circleDrive continuous improvement of AI capabilities by identifying emerging technologies
- check_circleFoster a collaborative environment for knowledge-sharing and creativity within the data science community
- check_circleContribute to the day-to-day direction of multiple components of Data Science activities
- check_circleUtilize RAG, prompt engineering, and few-shot techniques to enhance LLM performance
Requirements
- verifiedCoursework in STEM (Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer or Data Science)
- verifiedPursuing Master's or PhD is a strong plus
- verifiedExperience across the full ML lifecycle
- verifiedExperience or strong willingness to learn Gen AI, deep learning, machine learning, statistical modelling, NLP, NLU
- verifiedExperience developing AI/ML models with platforms like Palantir Foundry, Snowflake, and AWS SageMaker
- verifiedAbility to leverage Python packages (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, torch, transformers, LangChain)
- verifiedData engineering skills in Python and PySpark
- verifiedKnowledge of Generative AI models (GPT, VAE, GANs) and hyperparameters
- verifiedMaster's degree in STEM (Data Science, Computer Science, or Math) to be received by June 2026
