About the Program
The Youth Day Treatment program serves youth in grades 3-12 who require a step-down or alternative to inpatient care, partial hospitalization, or transitional care following a stay. Our mission is to facilitate a return to the community and prevent or minimize the need for more restrictive levels of treatment. The program offers services more intensive than outpatient care, providing a structured behavioral health setting for daytime activities to help clients remain in their schools, communities, and homes.
About the Role
As the Youth Day Treatment Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to improving the overall functioning of our youth clients. You will be responsible for overseeing interventions based on individual treatment plans, ensuring clients receive consistent care through collaboration with an integrated team of case managers and psychiatrists. A key part of your day involves working alongside school staff to meet student needs, creating daily therapeutic activity calendars, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians. You will also supervise direct reports, providing feedback, training, and accountability to ensure high performance and safety standards.
