About the Role

As a Full-time Class A Yard Driver, you will join a team of professional truck drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time. You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks, featuring best-in-class specs designed for comfort. Your primary mission is to move trailers in and out of the dock as directed, couple and uncouple trailers, and ensure safety by chocking trailers during loading and unloading.

This role is dynamic and requires flexibility. You may be asked to leave the yard to support local deliveries, recoveries, and shuttling trailers. Beyond driving, you will perform daily checks on tires and fuel. When you drive for Penske, you are representing both the company and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms. It is a position built on incredible customer service and building strong relationships with your accounts.
