About the Role

In this position, you will be a vital part of the clinic team, working closely with the Center Manager, Medical Staff, and Front Desk Coordinator to maintain smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. You will support providers and nursing staff by performing various clinical duties, including taking vital signs, gathering patient history, collecting lab specimens, and performing EKGs. You may also apply splints, dressings, and bandages as directed.
Beyond clinical tasks, you will play a key role in the patient flow by checking patients in and out of the computer system and assisting with front desk duties. This includes greeting patients, managing lobby checks, handling records releases, and performing end-of-day close-out procedures. You will also maintain accurate records and logs for in-house lab work, drug screens, and external lab submissions, while conducting scheduled equipment and supply audits.
