Atlanta Public Schools is seeking a self-motivated French World Language Teacher to join the team at Young Middle School. In this role, you will provide face-to-face instruction within the school building, ensuring student success through differentiated teaching strategies. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a classroom climate that promotes respect, tolerance, and peaceful problem-solving for all students.
This position reports directly to the School Principal. While the primary focus is on in-person instruction, you must be adaptable to changing school and district needs, including the ability to provide instruction simultaneously to in-person and remote learners when necessary. Your day-to-day involves fostering a safe, engaging learning environment where students can observe, question, and investigate through a balanced program of instruction and activities.
