Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDirect detailed schedule development for corrective and preventative maintenance activities
- check_circleManage priority emergent work and assist in forced outage coordination
- check_circleEvaluate scheduling execution data and develop weekly performance analysis reports
- check_circleCoach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization
- check_circleProvide direction to planners, schedulers, and support personnel for accurate schedule creation
- check_circleEnsure adherence to Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules during work week execution
- check_circleCoordinate with Project Managers to resolve conflicts affecting schedule safety and performance
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience
- verifiedMaintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements
- verifiedFavorable medical examination and/or testing
- verifiedStrong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge
- verifiedCurrent or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- verifiedEngineering or Technical Degree
- verifiedSupervisory or managerial experience
