About the Role
We are seeking an Operational Analyst to join our team for an exciting career growth opportunity. In this role, you will serve as a Wireless Site Acquisition / Real Estate Manager, playing a key part in supporting wireless real estate initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering real estate entitlements for Macro, Small Cells, In-Building, and DAS projects to support evolving network enhancements.
This position is designed for a professional who thrives in a complex, multi-project environment. You will manage relationships with internal and external partners, oversee contract negotiations, and drive cost analysis and implementation of best practices. The day-to-day involves managing vendors during the real estate process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and interfacing with stakeholders such as landlords, community officials, and legal counsel. You will also collaborate with outside vendors, including general contractors and architectural firms, to ensure project designs meet standards and build schedules.
Work Location & Model
This is a hybrid onsite role based in Walnut Creek, CA (Zip Code: 94596). The standard schedule requires being in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (3 days per week). We are also open to candidates located in Irvine, CA; Schertz, TX; Irving, TX; Houston, TX; Bedminster, NJ; or Bridgeville, PA.
