- check_circleDesign and implement personalized 1:1 fitness training programs for older adults
- check_circleEvaluate program performance based on revenue, expenses, and participant satisfaction
- check_circleMaintain and coordinate repairs for cardiovascular and strength training equipment
- check_circleEstablish safety procedures and emergency protocols for wellness area activities
- check_circleDevelop and lead health and wellness programs aligned with organizational concepts
- check_circleManage patient registration, scheduling, and daily staffing operations
- check_circleSupervise Wellness Instructors and Massage Therapists as applicable
- check_circleBuild and maintain relationships with facility management teams
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's and/or master's degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training or related discipline
- verified3 years of documented experience in management/program development in club wellness/school setting
- verifiedCertification from ACE, NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or ATC
Nice to Have
Three (3) years of documented experience in the management/program development in club wellness/school setting, preferably in a senior living community, health and fitness club, or a hospital-affiliated health and fitness center.
