About the Role
As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring members and patients receive excellent service from the moment they arrive. Your primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals while managing the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
In this role, you will greet members and patients upon arrival, check them in to see the chiropractor, and answer phone calls. You will educate patients on our wellness offerings and services, share personal chiropractic experiences, and re-engage inactive members. You will also complete transactions using point-of-sale software, ensuring all patient accounts are current and accurate.
You will work cohesively with others to create and maintain positive relationships with team members, recognizing and supporting team goals. Upholding our core values of Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Accountability is essential to your success here.

Requirements
