Weld team members are the backbone of our manufacturing floor, responsible for producing high-quality trailers with a commitment to outstanding service and safety. You will operate within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where maintaining a clean and organized workspace is just as critical as the welding itself. This role exists to ensure our production goals are met while upholding the highest standards of operational effectiveness and product integrity.
Your day involves operating power tools and machinery on the weld line, reading complex work orders, and performing rigorous quality checks. You will start each shift by inspecting equipment to ensure safety and efficiency, then collaborate with your team to support production startup and throughput goals. Success in this position requires the ability to work self-directedly, managing multiple demands in a dynamic setting while adhering to strict safety regulations.
We invest in our team's well-being and future. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, critical illness, and accident insurance, along with supplemental life insurance for employees, spouses, and children. We offer a 401(k) plan with a company match on the first 3% of contributions, available after 30 days of employment. Additionally, we provide weekly accrued PTO, company-paid short-term and long-term disability, and company-paid life insurance.
