The Warranty Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our service operations. This position is responsible for collecting funds due to the company from various manufacturers for work performed on their behalf. Success in this role requires strict adherence to manufacturer warranty processes to ensure all scheduled work is performed safely and to the customer's satisfaction.
You will serve as the bridge between our Service Department and factory manufacturers, reviewing documentation to ensure all pertinent information is captured for claim submission. Your work involves interpreting and converting performed work into manufacturers' labor segment codes and determining approved reimbursement amounts. You will also investigate product warranty coverage in advance of repairs using manufacturer computer systems and stay abreast of all factory communications that impact the warranty area.
We invite you to join a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive environment where you can grow both personally and professionally. At W.W. Williams, we are relentlessly dedicated to helping our customers achieve maximum uptime, whether managing single trucks, cranes, fleet management, or power generators.
