Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Worker or General Laborer, you will be the backbone of our distribution center operations. Your day will be physically active, involving frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the facility-wide. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of product handling: picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building and handheld scanners, constructing and shrink-wrapping pallets, and loading delivery trucks, and un incoming shipments. You will also be tasked with organizing inventory, cleaning work areas, and maintaining overall warehouse organization.

Safety is paramount in our operations. You will be expected to strictly follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines at all times. Your performance will be measured against productivity standards to ensure that orders are prepared accurately and delivered without delay.

Compensation
This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour. There are opportunities for additional earnings through overtime pay, overnight shift differential pay, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses, or performance bonuses, depending on location and shift.
