Job Description
Coca-Cola is seeking Warehouse Workers / General Laborers to join the team at distribution centers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the logistics chain by loading, unloading, picking, packing, and moving beverage products for delivery routes. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
The role is physically active and requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift. You will be responsible for building pallets, shrink-wrapping them, and loading delivery trucks, as well as unloading incoming shipments. Using pallet jacks or forklifts to transport products is a key part of the daily workflow. You will also be expected to organize inventory, clean work areas, and maintain warehouse organization to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
Employees must strictly follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards. This ensures that orders are prepared accurately and on time, supporting the overall goal of timely delivery to customers.
