About the Role

As a Warehouse Worker / General Laborer, you play a vital role in this mission by ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and on time. Day in the Life

In this physically active role, you will spend your shift moving throughout the warehouse, engaging in frequent lifting, bending, and manual labor, and operating equipment. Your day-to-day activities include picking orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners, building and handheld scanners, constructing and shrink-wrapping pallets, and loading delivery trucks, and un incoming shipments. You will also be responsible for organizing inventory and maintaining clean, organized work areas to support operational efficiency.

Compensation and Incentives

This position typically pays $18 to $26 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for overtime pay, overnight shift differential pay, weekend pay, and attendance or performance bonuses, attendance or performance bonuses depending on location and shift.
