Warehouser/Material Handler

About the Role

Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the company's supply chain, ensuring snack products are prepared accurately and delivered on time. This physically active position is central to maintaining the flow of goods from distribution centers to delivery routes. The role exists to support the fast-paced warehouse environment where efficiency, safety, and organization are paramount.

Day in the Life

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for the physical movement and organization of product throughout the distribution center. Your day involves loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and unloading incoming shipments, moving product across the facility. You will pick and pack orders, build pallets, and shrink-wrap them for transport. Using equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, where applicable, forklifts, you will move product efficiently while scanning items into inventory systems to maintain accurate stock levels.

Safety and Standards

Safety is a core component of this role. Employees are expected to strictly follow company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential to ensure productivity standards are met and orders are prepared without error. The environment is fast-paced, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift.
