About the Role
Frito-Lay is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers and Material Handlers play a vital role in the distribution network, ensuring snack products are accurately prepared and delivered to customers. This position is physically active and operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring frequent lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift. The primary focus is on the efficient loading, unloading, moving, and organizing products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Day in the Life
A typical day involves a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will be responsible for loading delivery trucks with product, unloading incoming shipments, and moving product throughout the warehouse. You will also pick and pack orders, build pallets, and shrink-wrap pallets for delivery. Using pallet jacks or forklifts is a key part of the role. Additionally, you will scan products into inventory systems and prepare orders for delivery drivers.
Safety and Standards
Employees must strictly follow company safety procedures, warehouse guidelines, and productivity standards. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to all warehouse protocols.

Compensation
The typical pay range for this position is $18 to $26 per hour. Additional compensation is available for overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts. Some locations may offer attendance bonuses, performance bonuses, and peak season incentives. Shift differential pay is also available for overnight shifts.
