This Site Supervisor position is designed as a pivotal training opportunity for a driven professional with 2-5 years of management experience in distribution or transportation. It serves as the final step before taking over your own site, offering a clear path to leadership as Capstone continues to grow.
In this role, you will represent Capstone with our partners while managing day-to-day activities with associates. You will be responsible for running portions of the business or an entire shift, ensuring that safety and productivity remain the top priorities. The position involves training new hires and fostering a team-centric environment. With the company's recent expansion, the opportunity to lead your own site could arrive sooner than expected.
