About the Role
As a Warehouse Selector, you will be a vital part of our collective effort. You will partner with the team to select product, load trucks, and move goods between the loading dock and various warehouse areas, including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer sections. McLane provides freezer suits, hats, and gloves to ensure your safety and comfort in these environments.
Your day will involve operating reach trucks and pallet jacks to select, pull, sort, and stack product. You will review documents to verify the quantity, identity, availability, and condition of products, and handle shrink-wrapping and labeling for outgoing orders. While the role requires physical stamina and attention to detail, it is also a chance to work in a supportive environment where organized, problem-solving, and safety-conscious teammates thrive.
