About the Role

Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company's success. As a Forklift Operator, Formula, you will work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. You will operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, to transport incoming freight to inventory from staging areas for storage in appropriate slots on multi-level racks. Your role also involves replenishing and restocking pick slots in a timely manner, ensuring all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of the production process. You will function as a vital team member within the department and organization, performing duties assigned to best serve the company.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position operates on a Sunday through Thursday schedule, with rotating Fridays, typically from 5 PM until work is complete. The role requires working in multi-temperature environments, including coolers, freezers, and dry areas.
